The ABNOX Air-operated Grease Supply System for conical container with internal dia. 306 - 335 mm, design without protecion container. This Air-operated Grease Supply System 10:1 is ideal for filling lubricants containers, gearboxes, as supply pumps for metering units and also for pumping grease with up to 30% solid content. Wherever large quantities of lubricant are needed with little back pressure, this system has proved itself extremely well.
This Grease Supply System has the right balance between pressure and capacity. This low-cost equipment is renowned for their high output as well as their low noise level. All parts coming into contact with the air-supply are made of corrosion-resistant materials, offering long-life reliability. The complete system is designed for simple and all-purpose maintenance.

Use a dia. 3/8“ or 1/2“ high pressure hoses with a max. length of 2 up to 3 m.
Use a maintenance unit when air supplying device contains humidity to prevent corrosion and fouling. Avoid transferring lubricants to protective container. Use the original container and fit the right follower plate. This will avoid air pockets. Never leave the pump system on the suction tube on the floor. |
