CERAMIC GRINDING WHEELS

The seeded gel used in these wheels has a submicron crystal structure with billions of particles in each grain. Resharpens itself itself, continually exposing fresh, sharp cutting points. A premium abrasive for hard-to-grind materials in high-pressure, high-productivity applications.
  • FEATURES:
  • Higher metal removal rates decrease cycle time
  • Grind cooler to provide better finish and decrease chances for burn damage
  • Reduced dressing for less erosion and downtime
  • Suitable for oil, wet, or dry applications on ferrous and nonferrous materials
  • Draws less power so grinding equipment runs efficiently
