"Component" Cope & Stick Sets

  1. Sets are available face-up or face-down.
  2. All are available with Option A Eased Edge. Opt A will only produce cabinet door cut.
  3. Availalbe with 5.5mm or 1/4" by 7/16" deep tongue
  4. Constant minor diameter or tool width requires no fence or height adjustment when changing heads.
  5. Sets will produce cabinet door, glass door and shaker door styles
  6. All bores are honed for accuracy and are balanced to produce vibration free smooth cuts.

INTERCHANGEABLE COMPONENT CUTTER SYSTEM
 

The "Interchangeable Component Cutter System" allows you to produce different Tongue and Groove sizes as well as different profiles by changing cutters within the system. When having sets sharpened, all cutters must be sharpened together. Otherwise the set will not match properly. New cutters will not match sharpened sets.

Option A- Provides for the stick head to allow eased edges at the groove of a male & female cut.
Option B- Additional Straight Cutters provided to allow a GLASS DOOR cut.
Option C- Straight Cutters provided to change the width of tongue on a male & female set.
Component Cutter Options
 
Option Drawing #1 A1 Center Cutter for cope cut will work with both Straight Groove and Groove with Option "A" (Eased Edge Cut).
 
Option Drawing #2 A1 Center Cutter for cope cut will work with both Straight Groove and Groove with Option "A" (Eased Edge Cut).
 
Option Drawing #3 For both Face-up and Face-down Operations. Use A3 for cope side cut to match.
 
Option Drawing #4 For both Face-up and Face-down Operations. Use A3 for cope side cut to match.
