Self Feed Stud Buster

Forest City Tool introduces the latest innovation in self-feeding auger bits. the new patent pending Stud Buster offers a screw point to start the drill like traditional augers, however, that is where the similarities end. The patent pending Stud Buster adds "feed threads" onto the body that allo the drill to continue to feed in to the wood even after the screw point has broken through ithe backside of the hole.

These unique "feed threads" coupled with the drills "open flute" design and twin cutting edges allow the drill to be extremely free cutting with minimal "blowout" on exiting the hole. Forest City Tool Stud Busters are manufactured in America on precision CNC machinery from high quality American made tool steel. The patent pending Stud Buster is the ideal tool for electricians and plumbers or any trades that require repetitive holes to be drilled through studs, joists or timbers. Available in various diameters as well as short and long lengths.
