The ideal tool for machining spoilboard, planing and rabbeting large surface areas in MDF, Balsa Core, hardwood, softwood and all man-made materials, including plastics.

The Whiteside insert spoil board router bit is designed for the highest quality of cut, maximum cutting efficiency and the longest tool life. German made precison insert knives with four cutting edges allow you to flip the knife over when one side becomes dull. These industrial spoilbaord router bits are available in 1/2" and 3/4" shank sizes in different body diameters. Both 2 wing and 3 wing cutters are available.

In addition, both straight cut and up shear styles are avialable. Use straight cut for cutting materials such as fiberboard to alleviate a fuzzy finish. The Up Shear is recommended for machining of all other materials and will provide a smoother cut.
