| CMT's Slot Cutters have an almost infinite variety of uses. For example, with the correct size cutter you can rout slots and grooves for splines, biscuits or T-molding. Or use Slot cutters for more complex jobs like tongue and groove joinery, or to rabbet the backs of stiles and rails for glass panel doors. Every cutter features anti-kickback design, micrograin carbide tips, three wing design and CMT's trademark orange Teflon® Industrial Coating. CMT slot cutters are available as a cutter only or with your choice of 1/4" or 1/2" diameter arbor with a 7/8" diameter bearing for cutting depth up to 1/2".
